雛祭り　HINAMATSURI

Hinamatsuri- is a one of the popular event in Japan. Japanese celebrate for wishes healthy growth of the girls with family Hinamatsuri 3rd, March.

Most parents buy Hinaningyo( Japanese dalls )for daughters before their 1st Hinamatsuri.

Japanese decorate Hinaningyo until middle of February to 3rd, March. It's necessary to clean it up immediately after Hinamatsuri, becouse It is jinx if you don't clean it up early, the girls will be late for their bride. ( I did'nt clean it up sometime, because I don't want our girls mariage early.)

日本での年内行事の一つに雛祭りがあります。

3月3日は家族と共に

女の子の健やかな成長を祈る行事。　

2月中旬からひな人形を部屋に飾り、お雛祭りの催しを終えたらすぐに片付けるという風習がある。

長く片付けずにいるとお家にいる女の子がお嫁に行けないと言うジンクスがある。

 ・Temarizushi-手毬寿司

Temari means old style Japanese ball.

Shape of Temarizushi imitate ball that are decolated variety of topping.

手毬寿司、手毬は昔の日本の布でできたボールのようなもの。手毬の形に似せてさまざまなトッピングで飾られます。

・Chirashizushi -ちらし寿司　

Colorful dish is made from sushi rice with raw fishes, vegetables and egg.

長い冬は終わり、私たちは植物の芽吹きと咲き誇る花、あたたかい風から春の息吹を感じることができます。
